Our client in the West Valley is seeking an experienced Billing Clerk.  This position is available immediately and you will need to have experience and famaliarity with the following:

  • Issue invoices to customer
  • Issue monthly customer statements
  • Update customer files with issued invoices
  • Process credit memos
  • Update the customer master file with contact information
  • Track exceptions between the shipping log and invoice register
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing web sites
  • Submit invoices by electronic data interchange

Prefer 3 years of general accounting and billing experience. Must be detail oriented.  Experience working in an automotible dealership and with billing new automobile deals is highly preferred.
